Video surveillance for Wildberries pickup points

What we take on

The owner of a pickup point is accountable to the marketplace for keeping surveillance running and recordings available. In practice that means correspondence, exports on request and constant checking that everything still complies.

With OwlCam Cloud this part is fully covered. Wildberries reaches your point's cameras directly through our integration: it receives the camera list, the live stream and the archive for a specific date. Nothing needs to be forwarded manually, and retention periods are not your concern.

We are a storage service, not a camera vendor

Our business is cloud video storage and working with the marketplace. Everything else is your choice.

If cameras are already installed at your point, we check their parameters and connect them to the cloud. There is no need to buy new ones. If you have cameras but they are not connected, you can mount them yourself or through any contractor — we take care of configuration and connection.

If you do need cameras or installation, we will select the equipment and install it. But that is an additional service, not a condition of connection.

The only requirement is that the equipment meets the minimum video stream characteristics. We state these at the request stage.

How cameras reach the cloud

For the cloud to receive video, the stream has to leave the point's local network. There are two ways.

Through OwlBox

OwlBox is our device, installed inside the point's network. It collects camera streams locally and establishes the connection to the cloud itself.

What that gives you:

• No dedicated IP address needed. The connection is outbound, so a public IP from your provider and port forwarding are not required.
• Cameras stay invisible from the internet. They remain on the local network; only the device reaches out. Internet-facing cameras are scanned automatically and constantly — here that surface simply does not exist.
• One connection for several cameras. OwlBox serves the whole point: a single configuration point instead of fiddling with each camera separately.

Directly

If the point has a dedicated IP address and you are prepared to configure port forwarding, cameras can be connected without the device. This route works, but it requires the cameras to be reachable from outside — which means their passwords and firmware need closer attention.

For most pickup points the first route is simpler and safer.

How connection works

1. Request

You submit a request with the address of your point and tell us whether cameras are already in place. We get in touch, clarify the layout and state the minimum video stream requirements.

2. Equipment

If cameras are installed, we verify they meet the requirements. If there are none or not enough, you decide: buy and mount them yourself, or leave it to us.

3. Connection

We configure the stream, bring the cameras into the cloud and link the point to Wildberries. After that the cameras are visible both to you in your account and to the marketplace in its system.

Pricing

The pickup point plan is 25 GEL per camera monthly with recordings kept for up to 90 days. The first month is free.

That covers cloud storage, archive access from any device, recording export and the entire Wildberries integration. If you handle equipment and installation yourself, there are no other charges.

Equipment and installation, when you leave them to us, are quoted separately after selection.

Points with a large number of cameras or extended retention periods qualify for reduced rates, discussed individually.

Where recordings are stored

Video is stored in the cloud, in Georgian data centres. No local recorder is needed at the point: it cannot be stolen along with the recordings, nor fail together with them.

Archive access is through your account from a phone or computer, with no tie to a particular workstation.
